WASHINGTON, April 22 (Reuters)Boeing Company TO PROHIBIT is preparing for another delay in the 777X program, aviation industry publication Air Current reported on Friday.

The US aircraft maker plans to delay the certification target until the end of 2024 – or an additional nine to 12 months for widebody aircraft, Air Current reported. Reuters reported earlier that the Federal Aviation Administration warned Boeing in a March 21 letter that existing certification schedules for the 737 MAX 10 and 777X were “outdated and no longer reflect program activities.”
