In addition to producing and distributing footwear such as Running Shoes, Walking Shoes, Casual Shoes, Floaters, Slippers, Flip Flops and Sandals in a range of colours and designs, the firm also provides accessories such as belts, bags, and hats at competitive costs. Campus Activewear distributes its items both online and via brick-and-mortar retail locations.

Campus Activewear Limited has a pan-India trade distribution network consisting of over 400 distributors in 28 states and 625 cities, which allows the company to serve customers throughout the country. Campus Activewear IPO GMP Today

According to reports from the grey market, Campus Activewear IPO shares were selling at Rs 50 per share, representing a 17 percent premium above the upper end of the pricing range. According to persons who trade in unlisted shares of the firms, the stock was trading for Rs 342 per share on Thursday in the grey market, compared to the IPO price of Rs 292 per share in the public market.

A bidder will be able to submit an application for the IPO in lots, with each lot containing 51 shares of the firm. A total of 47,950,000 equity shares will be issued in this public offering, with the business aiming to raise Rs. 1400.14 crore.

As previously stated, the public issue will open for subscription on April 26, 2022, and it will stay available for subscription until April 28, 2022, when it will close. The price range for the public offering has been set at 278 to 292 rupees per share by the company’s promoters.
