COOLER AFTER THE RAIN
Some beneficial rain came through the region Tuesday, particularly in southeast MA where up to 2″ fell in some towns. Even Cape Cod had some much-needed rain. Behind the front, dew points were dropping and will continue Wednesday. Onshore winds will keep clouds locked in during the morning. There will be some sun at times through the day. Temperatures will stay in the 70s! This is an amazing change after 5 consecutive 95+ degrees days.
UNSETTLED WEATHER
The front will be stalled to our south through Thursday. An area of low pressure will try to reach into southern New England Thursday morning to bring some more rain. Chances are getting lower and it will not likely be a widespread rain. Still, southeastern MA could get some.
After that rain, dry air is moving in for Friday and the weekend.
