Have you seen him? 7-year-old boy from Spring has been missing for hours, Pct. 4 says



SPRING, Texas – Harris County deputy constables with Precinct 4 are asking for the public’s help in locating a 7-year-old that has reportedly been missing for two to three hours.

According to Constable Mark Herman, Troy Khoeler was last seen in the 4400 block of Rosegate Drive in the Birnamwood subdivision.

Herman said the boy was last seen wearing a blue shirt, and pants and he has a short afro hairstyle.

Anyone with information on the child’s whereabouts is urged to contact Precinct 4 authorities.
