How to watch the F1 Emilia Romagna GP sprint race today: TV channel and live stream for the 2022 event at Imola


A chaotic Friday night qualifying session ended in favor of the Dutchman after a record five red flags in often wet conditions. Charles Leclerc placed his Ferrari second, ahead of Lando Norris with Lewis Hamilton housed 13th.

This year’s sprint race, officially known as the F1 Sprint, awards points to the top eight drivers, from eight for first to one for eighth.

How to watch the F1 Emilia Romagna GP sprint race

TV channel: The sprint race will be shown live on Sky Sports Main Event and F1, with coverage starting at 2.30pm BST before the lights go out at 3.30pm.

Direct: Sky Sports subscribers can also tune in via the Sky Go app.

Strong points: Channel 4 will broadcast all the highlights of the race free-to-air at 6.45pm.
