BOSTON — Multiple agencies including the U.S. Coast Guard in Dorchester Friday morning for an active water search in Boston Harbor.
According to Massachusetts State Police, two people jumped off Beades Bridge near Malibu beach around 4:30 a.m.
Troopers and the Boston Police Boat Rescue team responded to the scene after the bridge operator called in people jumping off.
Police said one person was located, with unknown conditions, and the second person is still missing.
One lane on Morrisey Blvd is currently closed due to the water search.
This is an active search and ongoing investigation.
