HEAT RETURNS
After a beautiful weekend, the heat and humidity will build back in for the start of the work week. Highs on Monday will reach the mid to upper 80s, but it will be slightly cooler for the Cape and Islands in the upper 70s. Plan on lots of sunshine from start to finish, the humidity will go up a touch as well. Tuesday will be warmer, it will also come with the threat for some showers and storms late in the day. It won’t be drought busting rain, but some towns north and west of Boston could get a soaking. It’ll stay hot Wednesday before we see some relief.
