MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A canine on his night stroll was escorted by police down one among St. Paul’s busiest roads on Thursday night time.
Minnesota State Patrol troopers stayed on the canine’s tail as they tried to get him off Interstate 94 within the Halfway space. MnDOT cameras present a white automotive stopped over the shoulder. The driving force, Caitlin Mead, is then seen leaping out of the car to seize the pup on the freeway.
